THE DCI STORY

DCI of Minnesota began in 1990 with the combined skills and experience of four great QRCs who had served the industry since 1979.  Our goal; to provide cost effective, quality case management unmatched by big corporate providers in Minnesota.  Building on the working relationships created during many years of service to the Rehabilitation industry, DCI set out to provide flexibility to customer needs, faster resolution to injured workers’ recovery and return to work, effective customer response, all while focusing on cost containment measures along the way.  Our mission: to become a preferred provider in the insurance rehabilitation industry.

Through the years, we have joined forces with staff strategically located in various locations throughout Minnesota, in an effort to be close to the needs of our customers and injured worker clientele.  We strive to build and maintain successful working relationships with employers, insurers, injured workers, and other partners in the world of Rehab.  Communications are key to the success of our business, so we work with all parties to make sure everyone is informed and kept up to date during the life of a file, so that knowledgeable decisions can be made every step of the way.

Technology has been a driving force in the accomplishments of our goals.  From the early days of using only telephone and postal mail to the introduction of facsimile, cell phones, email, and all the advances in electronic capabilities, our ability to provide faster, timelier and more effective communication to the partners of a file, help us to provide top notch results to all.
